Faidley's Crab Cake

Taste of Home, whose contributors are home cooks rather than celebrity chefs, is a magazine devoted to recipes for what real people in this country most enjoy eating. It is the largest-circulation food magazine in the world, and we are happy to announce that Roadfood is now a regular part of it. Our assignment: to celebrate great regional specialties. We write an introduction to a favorite dish, and that is followed by a selection of readers' best recipes for it. If you are a cook, or want to know what folks around the country are cooking, please check it out. In the April issue, the Roadfood focus is crab cakes.

I am thrilled you two are part of this magazine.Kudos to you. Your contributions will certainly add some nice spark to an already favorite publication of mine. And hopefully you will come visit the facilities, thus offering an opportunity to break bread together in my home town!
