Taste of Home, whose contributors are home cooks rather than celebrity chefs, is a magazine devoted to recipes for what real people in this country most enjoy eating. It is the largest-circulation food magazine in the world, and we are happy to announce that Roadfood is now a regular part of it. Our assignment: to celebrate great regional specialties. We write an introduction to a favorite dish, and that is followed by a selection of readers' best recipes for it.
