The Grimaldi empire grows ever larger, with news that they will be opening a restaurant in Green Brook, NJ in the space formerly occupied by a Charlie Brown's restaurant. The address is 171 US-22. This will be the fourth New Jersey branch of Grimaldi's, with two Hoboken restaurants, and one in Highlands. Still more Grimaldi's can now be found in Queens, Manhattan, and Long Island, and in Arizona, Texas, Nevada, and Florida.
