Those who attend the 2012 New Orleans Festival, March 23-25, will have the opportunity to compare and contrast sample-size po boys made by a dozen of the city's best eateries. Crisp fried Gulf oysters will of course be a featured attraction of many of them, as shown in the lovely sandwich above, for which the oysters were cooked by the Acme Oyster House.
