
Congrats to the Charlotte Observer for searching out Charlotte's great offal. Their recommended innards include the dish pictured above that's been served at John's Country Kitchen (see the Roadfood.com review) for ages: brains 'n' eggs (here sided by grits). They also remembered the fried gizzards from Price's Chicken Coop (see the Roadfood.com review).
