Hummus
Is this the start of a Texas vegetarian dynasty? Is such a thing even possible? San Antonio's Green is planning to expand to Dallas, and hopes to have the restaurant up and running within a year. Green currently has two restaurants in San Antonio. Pictured above, from the Roadfood.com review of Green, is a sandwich based on raw pecan hummus.
