Hot Chicken
Most food, you just eat. Some food, you need a strategy. At least you do with Nashville's notorious hot chicken, according to Nashville native Kathleen Cotter, as she shares her approach with New York Magazine. Her three tips? Go to the right places, watch your heat levels, and finish with great ice cream. Her two favorite hot chicken joints?
