In early December, the esteemed Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, originally of Syracuse, New York (Roadfood.com review), will be opening another store in Stamford, Connecticut. Read all about it in this story in the Danbury News-Times.

I have dined at least once a week in the Syracuse Dino for nearly 17 years and continue to enjoy the great food and service. I know there are those who claim all the expansion is resulting in poor quality and smaller portions but I'm not seeing it in my neighborhood. Prices have gone up but that's not unique to the Dino. I have dined in Rochester and Harlem and found the same quality. Now I have a few more to get to. Its great to see a Syracuse institution have continued success. I expect they will continue to work hard to keep the quality of the experience up.
