After over 80 years in business, there's a possibility that the Milwaukee Wiener House of Sioux City, IA (see the review) may be displaced by a proposed casino. The Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission has received four casino proposals, one of which will be selected next spring. One of the proposals came from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, and those plans involve using the property the Wiener House sits on. The Hard Rock has said they will, if selected, relocate the Wiener House on casino property.

I don't like seeing great places like this uprooted, but as long as the framed mustard stick makes the move, it should be okay.
