Pat Croce, the former owner of the Philadelphia 76ers, is planning to take over the lease for the Half Shell Raw Bar of Key West, Florida (see the Roadfood.com review). Mr. Croce already owns four other bars/restaurants in town and, in addition to the Half Shell, he wants to assume the lease of Turtle Kraals, their neighbor. Both places are owned by the city and they will have to approve the lease transfers.
