From Aguilera's Cafe for terrific tamales, to The Original Mexican Eats Cafe for super salsa, the Fort Worth Weekly has compiled a list of 10 essential Fort Worth, TX restaurants. The list includes Angelo's and their brisket (those are Angelo's ribs pictured above, from the Roadfood.com review) and Kincaid's memorable burgers (see the Roadfood.com review).

The writer did throw a dagger at Joe T. Garcia's, a popular restaurant on these pages.

What, no Off the Bone BBQ? Obviously this writer's never been there -- maybe the best ribs I've had anywhere. AND it's housed in an old Dairy Queen! Can't get more RF than that.

Angelo's BBQ is terrible! And Joe T. Garcia's hasn't served a decent Tex-Mex meal for over 25 years.
