The owners of Portland, OR's Voodoo Doughnut have written up a play-by-play of a week in their lives, for the Huffington Post (see the Roadfood.com review of Voodoo). Some interesting nuggets there, including: they are working with the Eugene Emeralds, a minor league baseball team, to develop a Voodoo Doughnut Maple Bacon Brat to be sold at the stadium. And: they're raising money to keep the Ken Kesey papers in Oregon. And: they are continuing to develop Voodoo beers with Rogue Ales. They began with Bacon Maple Ale, and followed that up with Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Banana Ale. A third one is in the works.
