We love diners, and one of our rules of dining in one is, be very cautious about ordering seafood. But another one of our dining rules is, know when to break the rules! Jane and Michael Stern visit with Lynne Rossetto Kasper of The Splendid Table this weekend to discuss the Exmore Diner, in Exmore, VA on the Eastern Shore (see the Roadfood.com review). It is here you will find all manner of fresh, local seafood, from Chesapeake crab to puffers and drum ribs. And, like most diners, it draws a mainly local crowd. You can hear The Splendid Table on your local public radio station. You can also listen, at your convenience, online.
