We've been partial to Goose Island's Clybourn location over the years because it's one of the closest brewpubs to River North, where we usually stay (and the beer's good). But we were wary on this first visit after the sale of the brewery to Anheuser-Busch (actually, now the Belgian-owned AB InBev). Only the brewery was sold, not the two Chicago brewpubs, which still brew their own beer on site. And, judging by the delicious English-style ale and IPA we sampled, quality remains unchanged!
