Tim Walker, writing for The Independent, of London, has a jolly good time sampling the barbecue of Lockhart, Texas. His $1.49 serving of brisket at Black's (see the Roadfood.com review) is "better than any £25 steak I ever ate." He also enjoys a medium-rare smoked prime rib at Smitty's (see the Roadfood.com review). Back in his room that evening, "I could still smell the barbecue smoke on my clothes." It's an interesting article; check it out.
