Martin Diggs and Kevin Fossland are making a documentary about Kansas City barbecue, and The Kansas City Star sat in as they visited with Willis Simpson, manager of Arthur Bryant's (see the Roadfood.com review, and the photo above). They haven't yet decided on a name for the film. One possibility mentioned: "The White Bread Is the Napkin."
