On April 1st, Rochester, NY's Flour City Diner (see the Roadfood.com review) was sold to Hilmo Kapic, and renamed the Flower City Grill. Mr. Kapic, who is also the new chef at Flower City, says the menu has remained the same, with the same recipes. Flour to flower? Rochester was once a major center of grain milling and, later, became a major nursery center. So both names are appropriate! We'll archive the existing review tomorrow pending a revisit at some future date.
