Pizza is the star attraction at Dr. Ho's Humble Pie in North Garden, Virginia; but this "grits 'n' greens" salad is pretty swell, too. It's spinach in a lemon vinaigrette, red quinoa, and Wade's Mill crisp-fried grits cakes. It happens to be vegetarian and gluten-free.
