2 cowboys & some old friends

cooked 2 bone in ribeyes (cowboy steaks) tonight with my usual sauted 'rooms.
then I thought I'd add some other steaks I haven't submitted yet for your enjoyment .

  All I can say is, WOW!!!  Great looking steaks Bob!

  I didn't see the bones in the first two steaks. I hear tell that a "Cowboy steak" is a bone in rib eye with the bone Frenched.
