24-7 posting by hungry Roadfooers

I am a early riser.  Probably most mornings, I am up at 3:00AM.  I notice that there are post all night long and I attribute that to most folks get hungry 24-7.  I am sorta the same way.  For you that read this forum regually, you will notice that I post frequently early AM.  I think many of you are the same way.  If you are, please post why?

I'm an early riser (5 AM this morning) but never that early. If I do get up in the middle of the night I usually will not eat anything. Mostly I would just read a book.
 
Keep in mind if a west coaster posts at midnight it is showing up at 3 AM for an east coaster.

Well, as I work 3rd shift( usually 8:30p-3:00a.m) I post in the middle of the night, and then sometimes before work.Even though I am a chef, I am hungry early in the morning because I have no time to eat my creations at work!

lol, i just have the worlds worst sleeping habits..... i may be on up until 4am some nights, or first thing in the morning (7am this morning) i keep roadfoods in the background, and when commercials come on i jump in and see whats going on (i dont do tv as a rule) anything i watch is via netflix(they suck) or hulu(they rock)
 
another factor in my daytime postings is how hot it is outside, and if i have any side work lined up, lol

Being a west coast poster, you're probably asleep by the time I get out of bed.
 
I sit in front of the computer if I'm not in an upright position.

My natural sleep rhythm has me sleeping from around 4am to noon. Couple that with my work non-schedule (the entertainment industry never sleeps), and you get me posting at literally any time frame on any given day.

I work 2200 - 0830 4 days a week. The other 3 days/nights I'm usually up until 0500 anyways.
