3 best junk food meals

if you had to live off of junk food for a day what would be your lineup, mine would be burger king french toast stix meal with a coke for breakfast, a half dozen jack in the box tacos for lunch and a good chicago italian beef with a pizza puff for desert

Mine would be a sausage and egg biscuit from Hardee's or Bojangles for breakfast, Taco Bell taco salad for lunch, and Arbys roast beef with horsey sauce and fries for supper.

I'm not sure I've got the concept here phatphil -- a Chicago Italian Beef is junk food? That's gourmet stuff to me .

    My list would probably be:
Breakfast - 2 breakfast burritos at McD with hash browns and a medium coffee with cream. I don't know if these are available nationwide; they were invented here by a franchisee on the east side who complained to McDs home office that he needed something to compete with all the taco trucks and taquerias in his part of town.

Lunch/Dinner: Fried Chicken either from Frenchy's Creole Fried Chicken, a local chain, with greens, or Pollo Campero, a Central American chain with Campero beans on the side, or a double meat, double cheese Whataburger all the way with bacon and jalapenos, no sides. Drinks with lunch and dinner would be Diet Coke or Dr. Pepper (got to drink the sugar free stuff).

Breakfast: Sausage croissant from Burger King with two orange juices.

Lunch: double order of fries with dipping sauce from Good Times or large order of potato cakes from Arby's (No 50/50 blend of anything)

Dinner: ultimate cheeseburger with a large orange drink from Jack in the Box

(no more Jack in the Box or Hardee's around here. )

Echhh I wouldn't want to have to make that choice for all three meals, but for breakfast probably an egg McMuffin and diet coke, for lunch probably a corn dog from dairy mart and a cherry Icee, for dinner probably a Taco's Too or Taco Bell taco salad.
The dessert would probably be Immodium as I feel certain I would be ensconced on the throne all evening!

I think the important thing about fast food is not specifically what to eat, but each day to be sure to include the four major food groups: burgers, pizza, fried chicken and Mexican.

If I was limited to local fast food I probably wouldn't choose any. If I could somehow get places that aren't in my market that would be more interesting. I'd like to try Hardees or Jack in the Box.

I noticed that there are others like me who will drink pop with breakfast. I usually only do this on weekends when we pick up something for the road. I'd prefer coffee but do not like most fast food coffee.
