4th of July event....Any one doing one?

I wasn't going to work, but got called yesterday to see if I wanted in on our towns 4th event.
They want $150 this year, half of what they charged last year.
Starts mid afternoon goes until around 11pm 3-4,000 people usually attend.
There will be pizza, tacos & hot dogs... guess I'll do burgers, cheese steaks, pastrami, fish tacos & fries.

I got a big event on the 9th & 10th but nothing for the 4th yet,, dont really know if I want one tho either...

We will be serving at a bluegrass concert over the Holiday. Luckily it ends on Sunday, so we can make it back home and have Monday off to rest and resupply

we have 2 spots at avery large event. 40,000 to 50,000 people. one of our best events of the year.

Smokin' a small pig along with a couple of turkeys for a private gig.

Planning on doing baby back ribs and going to serve at the harbor freight parking lot just down the street from the house. My wife and I have been setup there the last couple of weekends and have had 3-400 dollar days and did the parking lot sale for 2 days and had 900 for the 2 days. Mike
