I enjoyed reading it. I'm sure some FF flaming wars could come out of the article.

I was enjoying the article and sucking it all up until I came to THIS: "A great burrito is a balancing act, and the proportions of ground beef, beans, sour cream and diced tomatoes in Taco Cabana's plump, heavy Burrito Ultimo (three Wet Naps) were spot on."

Let's get this straight: A GREAT burrito does not have GROUND beef (and to my taste, the greatest does not have beef at all, but I have to admit that I've had some mighty tasty carne asada burritos over the years).

I have to agree about the Wet Naps though--I never leave home (in the car) without 'em.
