As we cleaned the boards last evening after the spam attack, we unfortunately purged this topic. I hated to lose the great messages here, so I will re-post it. I apoligize to all of you (except one) who posted on this thread and had your comments lost in the junk-posts. Please feel free to add your comments on the new version. HERE IS THE NEW (Revised-Standard) VERSION OF THEROADFOOD CREED

Was trying to describe the location of this sign to a friend last night. What was the location? I thought it was near his favorite place (Jolene's Fish House in Hartwell, GA).

I'm far from the original poster, but I just did a search and it's in Greenville, SC.

Is it still there? I was driving from Charlotte to Atlanta the other day and I did not see it. Not that is was not there as there were millions of signs, but I try to observe. PETA probably made a comment or so Paul E. Smith Knoxville, TN

Here I am, Saskatoon is located in my neck of the woods: 0 Greenville, SC off of I-85. Saskatoon specializes in ribs, steak, and wild game such as ostrich, elk, bear, and gazelle. I've only eaten there once, for junior prom, and had the ostrich which was very tasty. Like a lean lean steak. Sundancer, I believe the restaurant is still there. It is a Greenville institution...one of the few exotic restaurants in the area. The sign may be gone though...but it lives on here in cyberspace.
