A bit over the top, but sometimes you gotta go for it!

Thrillist magazine asked us to come up with something a bit crazy...we came up with this!
"That's what she said!"
This is a 1/2 lb BBQ Bacon Beer Brat on a roll toasted with duck fat, slathered with Jameson Whisky Apple Butter, topped with Duck Confit, Tempura and Beer Battered Sauerkraut and an Oregano Lavender herbed Goat Cheese and a bit of scallion.
If I were better at working this forum I would put up a picture.  You could check it out here:

Sometimes people like to say we are too out there to be a hot dog vendor.  We're not really selling hot dogs.  Or our stuff is too crazy.  Maybe you are right.  But we for sure ain't in the wiener business not to have a good time.  This is one of the funnest and tastiest dogs we've done in a while.  Wish you were here.

No, Jim, I'd order that in a heartbeat.  It does however cross that line from a roadfood hotdog to an upscale dog.  Which is fine.  Every hunting season I make a few dozen duck brats for the freezer to be enjoyed over the coming year.  I still consider them street food.

Biker Jim, you are my hero! We all have our calling in life and burning dogs is yours. I've followed you since the beginning and you have truly blazed a trail that would make any vendor proud. Keep up the great work. As a vendor and instructor, I never stop learning and I've learned quite a few things from your accomplishments.
    Take care,
    Mark

Thanks Mark, coming from you that is a compliment indeed!  I can't wait to make another hot dog run to your neck of the woods!
