It looks wonderful, but I would change your placemats. What if you shredded the brisket rather than ground it?

Texas Red was a girl I had a crush on years ago. A good lookin' redhead --- now your stuff looks like the second best Texas Red I have known. I'll bet yours is a heck-of-a-lot hotter though. Looks can be deceiving I found out. Hey CTF I would like linen, china and real silverware---how about it? Us Irish guys are used to all those fine things in life.

Looks good, but I'm not a fan of chili made with ground anything.

I'd certainly buy it. Looks very meaty and would be full of flavor. Not sure the garlic bread would cut it, though. Is that regular white bread?

bill voss It looks wonderful, but I would change your placemats. What if you shredded the brisket rather than ground it? I'm Irish...green placemats, we do change them, every month or so! Brisket isn't ground, it's the excess left on the Hobart, some pretty good chunks!

Michael Hoffman Looks good, but I'm not a fan of chili made with ground anything. Micheal, it's tough to get an entire steer into a bowl! I use 80-20 cut up bottom round and the brisket, you'd like it. Also it's tough to get the spices right if not ground, but more power to the place you get you chili fix!

Foodbme DougS I'd certainly buy it. Looks very meaty and would be full of flavor. Not sure the garlic bread would cut it, though. Is that regular white bread? Didn't you read the post? He told you it's "my fried bread with garlic, parmesean cheese comes with every order." If you don't know what Fry Bread is Check--Fried bread (also spelled frybread or fry bread, also known as bannock) is a Native American food, found throughout the United States. Frybread is a flat dough fried or deep-fried in oil, shortening, or lard. The dough is generally leavened by yeast or baking powder. http://www.azcentral.com/thingstodo/dining/147847349148 Sorry Foodbme, didn't mean to get you all excited. I got that it was fried bread, but I was thinking fried white bread at least it looked like that on my monitor. I was close, it was cut up Kaiser rolls. That does moves it up a couple of notches on the flavor scale. Good job, Chewingthefat.
