    Your stuff looks very good!
The bread & buns you're using look like good quality.
You definitely have excellent "Eye Appeal" products.
    Good Luck!

Looks great!! The buns look awesome. What brand are you using? I'm new and learning, my buns barely have room for the dog, ketchup, etc. No complaints yet but, I am not happy. Thanks,

    ronnie,
i found the buns in packs of 12 at both costco and restaurant depot, RD being a bit cheaper. they come out to roughly 32 cents a bun so it works for me and they easily hold a 1/4 hebrew national frank. they are soft and just sturdy enough to hold all your fixings. they are also detached from one another so steaming and serving is a breeze.

    hope this helps!!!

The roll that you want to look for is commonly called an outdoor roll or stadium roll.
All the bakeries make them, bigger than a standard hot dog roll, it's what Costco serves their dogs on.

Nice filling-to-bun ratio.  Many people don't get that right.  Looks great!!
