AZ vendor question

does az require a commissary for a fully loaded and operable food trailer?

    If it's Maricopa County which is the greater Phoenix area, yes it's required but enforcement is very lax after you sign up with one, most operators just operate out of their rigs. Operators Sign up with one, pay a fee, get the paperwork and then operate on their own until renewal time.
