Just using a stone on the grill. The metal grill can't hold the heat like a brick oven, so constant heat is required.

Was just asked about the product. I was thinking your way at first. Then I thought about it just a couple of people that are going to do one pizza. And not that often.
Also looked at the fact on a regular weber the grate is lower than the lip of the grill, so a Pizza Peel
would be hard to use.
