Andy Robustelli died today--NY Giant and Stamford guy

Andy was a hall-of-famer ---a great football player.
Grew up in Stamford Ct---played for the NY Giants---so
what could be bad? He was only 85--oh vey !!!

Andy Robustelli. Arnold College, Milford, Connecticut. A very great athlete, and a very fine man. How sad. Something interesting. I just checked a couple of obituaries for Robustelli and they both have the same error. Both said Arnold College was in Bridgeport, Connecticut. In fact, it was in Milford when Robustelli went there after War Two. He graduated in 1951 and Arnold was not taken over by Bridgeport University until 1953.

Met him twice, he was in the Travel Business. Once at Fairfield Univ.
I was suprised that I was taller than he was. But he was wider.
