Another great press piece

I got a FANTASTIC write up in the local newspaper today.

The on-line version of it does not do the print copy justice. The print copy has a HUGE picture of me on section B1, above the fold. It must take up half the page!

I would assume and I noticed also (Health Dept Rules) the rubber gloves we are all supposed to wear when serving food.

So where does everyone keep their gloves? I keep under my health department hair net and sometimes even wear 5 or 6 pairs at a time. I have a 1 gallon super-sprayer sguirt gun for my bleach water. Cant be too careful!

I only use gloves when it is busy, I usually just wash my hands, or sanitize them, but usually wash.

rick i was kidding about wearing gloves. H.D. rules u know. I do wear them and ya know people have made comments on the fact that i do. (alot of people notice) and they appreciate the fact u wear them. I was only breaking your chops but really they are suppose to be worn. Hair net, that is a whole different thing!! I don't have one and don't wear them. but i do have hand sanitizer.
