Another newbie Tacos ?

Hello everyone, first i would like to say thank you for all the great info on this site, you guys are great. I just started lurking on here and thinking about the hot dog bussiness about a month ago. My plan was to order a cart and play with it to get to know how to use it while I was looking for a location, but as fate would have it a cart, location and the whole turn key deal became available last week and I bought it friday and was selling hot dogs saturday night. My question now is there is a lot of latino customers, and a lot of requests for tacos, does anyone sell tacos off of there cart? My cart is a creative mobile 300 push cart. The location is on Greenville Ave. in Dallas. Thanks for any advise you may have.
