I personally HATE these types of shows. I think Adam Richman (for example)has completely mised the point of food, to nourish, savor and share.

Last year I was afraid that poor little Adam Richman was going to "stroke out". I guess his internist thought so too and ordered him to let other fools gorge themselves. Remember that Elvis died on the "throne"; his autopsy revealed that his colon weighed 45 pounds. I'd far rather "go" like Nelson Rockefeller.
