Anson Mills Coarse Ground Yellow Grits

I just ordered a big sack of grits from Anson Mills and am curious as to whether any of y'all have cooked this brand before. My standard bearer for old school, stone ground grits is Falls Mill in Belvidere TN. They take about an hour on the stovetop.

Please discuss Anson Mills grits, tips, techniques etc.

I just pulled my last packet of the 2013 Hatch chiles I put up in the freezer one year ago. Tomorrow I'll tackle my Hatch chile grits with a bag of Anson Mills http://www.scrumptiousche...heddar-And-Country-Ham
