          I would suggest adding a few more Italian meats to it, but you seldom see that nowadays:

                        Those would be my guesses too Foodosaurus.  Look's like he made a trip to The Pennsylvania Macaroni Company in the Strip District in Pittsbugh.   You can only imagine the selection of meats and cheeses they sell in there, unless you have visited that store.  They also call it Penn-Mac for short.

                                Is this a serving for one person or more?

                                  Hi analei,

                                  It was a salad for two.
                                   
                                  Had I added everything suggested it would have filled a cafeteria tray. The dressing was a combination of Balsamic and Red Wine & Garlic vinegar with olive oil.
