Anybody run a greek food restaurant???

I am wondering how acceptable greel fast food is in the United States. I am talking Gyro's, Souvlaki and greek salads??

I never liked Gyros, since I never had a good one...
Then I arrived in West Palm Beach, FL. (a year ago today).  Wow, came across Souvlaki Grill - my sister told me about them... A total hole in the wall place that serves the best! Their location is located in something like Little Mexico, but they thrive beyond belief!  Even on their off hours, there's a wait for food, not that they're lazy, but the demand is there.  Kitchen is small as a shoebox, out in the open, including the spit cooking the lamb.  I order the Gyro w/ fries (about $7.45 out the door), once a week.  The Gyro itself weighs close to a pound..  And their frys are something to write home about also! (ya, they have my attention). 
Like I said, it's a hole in the wall place, but here's the contact info if you wish to talk to the husband and wife team that run it (along with their cook), maybe ask them if they can fax you their menu?:

Never liked fast greek food, best I have ever had is in Annapolis, MD I will not devolve name or location want a table when I get there.
