Anyone Grill Their Wings?
I've been frying hot wings for ages, but recently started grilling them. Using indirect heat for about 20 minutes total on lightly oiled chicken wings, my family has a new fave. After pulling from the grill I soak in my homemade hot sauce (Red Hot, chili powder, butter, garlic, pepper and sometimes a bit of brown sugar or honey). It gives the crispness of the fried wings, but adds just a bit of smokiness. Anyone else out there grill their hot wings?
