Anyone know what kind of truck is. I prefer to have a hinged door instead of sliding

I'm going to have a mobile Gelato truck and I have a truck picked out if I cannot find what I'm looking for.
Since the Gelato case will be on the passenger side it has to sit back a few inches so the door can still operate. The housing will be removed and only the top and bottom tracks will remain.
If I could find a truck like these photos and have a hinged opening passenger door then it would make everything easier.
I don't know if these are called step vans because from all my searching I cannot find any for sale.
If anyone knows what these kind of trucks are called or know where to find them Ithat would be great.

The top one looks like an Armenco. I'm sure any good welder/body shop/fabricator could easily do that to any truck you provide

Great, thank you very much. I see they are in Los Angeles so they are probably more expensive and out of my budget range to configure a truck but we will see.
    Thanks again.
that's exactly what I was looking for.
