Does anyone sell any type of sweet items? If so, do you cook onsite or do you cook ahead and transport the goods with you? I'm able to get a home food producer certificate which allows me to produce at home, package and sell at craft fairs ect. I'd like to do this but wondering if I'd make less because I'm not producing on site and there is no smell. I'd really like to do music festivals and other type of festivals not just craft fairs as they already have a lot of different food vendors. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your time.

Hey Jim, Welcome back and happy holidays. The fresh baked idea goes over well at farmers markets. Everyone cooks off site and transports the fresh baked items. You could also look into small coffee/ cappuccino places in town to sell your goods. Make sure your baked items are the "talk of the town" kind of baked goods. You want to have items when people see them they just have to buy one. If I'm going to buy baked goods at a fair/event or farmers market I want it to be the best of the best..............BillyB
