Appreciation of RoadFood.com

Appreciation of RoadFood.com

I obviously have not interacted with the gang on this forum, and I rarely log into the site (anon reads mostly). But I did want to say I very much appreciate the daily 12 ~ 20 folks that daily submit their posts in the forums. I work generally 16 hour days at least 5 days a week, and sometimes more days (and that’s why I do not post for now), but I do sincerely appreciate the bulk of your regular posts….

I do enjoy your posts both related to restaurant visits, and recipes, on a quick read. I am sorry I am not a contributor, but wanted you to know that I “appreciate” your contributions.

Just a Cooking Noob that want’s to increase his knowledge….

P.S. I am scared of Rosy’s posts as she seems to be headed at a record number of posts in a very short time period (Hi Rosy!). And yes, I do like your posts in general, and you are obviously a great gal.

I follow Roossy around like a big sister. Although I'm bet I'm older than her!

Welcome to Roadfood. It's a wilder ride than it used to be.

Thanks Glow. I really would like to post, but with my working hours, I have time to read only most days... but you guys crack me up, and do provide a *lot* of good information, which keeps me coming back :-) I love to eat good food, never measure anything, and appreciate all the different ideas that this site provides. The characters here are fun to *digest*.

If I have more time in the future, I will certainly participate more.... opps.... been paged (IT 24x7 really is a pain even if it is good work).

I can read when on a conf call most days atleast for 10 ~ 20 minutes at a time, but I usually have to get back to work... I'd rather hang oout with you guys....

    Regards,

    Casper
