I plan to clean and sell them. I am going to do a food truck and am afraid I will not have the room for the boxes and everything required to run the system.

i am actually going to try and stuff a 6 way wunderbar set up in my truck.... best part of that idea is that Pepsi is more then willing to supply the system, set it up, and service as needed..... all i have to do is buy my product from them i like deals like that ! but yes, to answer your original question they are worth selling if in decent shape and you do a little cleaning up on them....... especially the one with ice maker, the one with the top mount ice bin, and the one with the workstation..... what do you mean by refrigerated ice storage ?

Uhm... how do you do a fountain system in a trailer? When I managed the supermarket we tried to get a fountain from Coke and they wouldn't do it because our (municipal) water line didn't have consistent enough water pressure. How do you do a fountain in a trailer with... well... *no* water pressure?

ces1948 ... I also live in Port St Lucie.... Lord knows we live in the death valley of decent food around here. You're kidding? When we left PSL back in the early 1980's, Stuart was the "restaurant Capital of the World". They had great restaurants (I couldn't cook back then , so we ate out... a lot). We generally ate there. Although after Shakra's moved from Rio to Jensen, their roast beef supreme wasn't as good (took a few "vacation" trips back before we found them). I know one of our Pizza places was gone shortly after we left (Biondo's). Luckily, David's mom died so we no longer have make trips down there (yeah!!!!!!!!).

Stuart still has quite a few restaurants but unfortunately for us many of them are of the "budget busting" variety. This whole area has been really rocked by the economy. The unemployment rate is just about the highest in the state and the foreclosure rate is astronomical. We see restaurants open and close within two months and it makes you wonder how much money they had in the first place. We've only been back for a couple of years, mainly returned to help out with wife's elderly mom. We previously lived in PSL from 1978-1993 and IMO the PSL we left was much better then the one we returned to. BTW I think Shakra's is still open in Jensen but for some reason we've never made it in there. lornaschinske ces1948 ... I also live in Port St Lucie.... Shakras does make a good roast beef supreme. But you are right, not as good as it use to be. I gotta agree, PSL today is not nearly as nice as it use to be. When the housing boom hit it was in the top 5 growing cities in the country. Now, we are full of foreclosed homes, houses partially built and stopped and unemployment is massive. I had a granite countertop shop until 3 years ago, prices got so low I called it quits. I refused (thankfully) to second mortgage the house to survive.
