Here's one of my favorites. Chompies http://www.chompies.com/ They have a full service restaurant along with take out counter and a huge dessert counter. Breakfasts are awesome as is the lunch menu. Here's my favorite! I usually always get the Corned Beef hash with 2 over medium and a bialy. Yummy for my tummy.

Looks like a great place, that plate is just waiting for someone to dig in. I like homefries, they look like very good ones.

Chow Jim The place is always packed, but it is certainly not an everyday breakfast joint, for me anyway. The prices are a bit higher than most other places in the area, but the quality and quantity are always the tops. That ain't no canned corned beef hash, their deli meats always draw rave reviews. I don't mind paying more occasionally for food I know is going to be consistantly good, where service is consistantly good, and they are not going to "French Plate" my portions. - DD

Does anyone in the Southwest eat Cornflakes with Salsa? No, this is not a joke. I know someone who does. Years ago, when I was visiting someone's home in Tucson, I was putting milk on my cornflakes in the morning, and the person said to me, hey, don't put milk, put this, and PLOPPED a half jar of salsa on his cornflakes and walked away, sat in front of the TV and ate. That person told me this is done more often in New Mexico than Arizona. Just wonderin.....

To turn the tables, I love salsa on my breakfast burritos but I have never had the desire to drown them in milk!
