Ah! Enjoyed the pics. Looks like another retirement pursuit to plan for. My Twinkies play out of Ft. Meyers, Florida. I've been listening to most of their games on the radio during spring training. Football is different. They practice close to home and play their exhibition games in the regular home stadiums with national TV. There is no separate circuit like baseball. About the closest thing that comes to it in football is the Vikings in Mankato, Minnesota and the Kansas City Chiefs in River Falls, Wisconsin close by will get together for an unofficial untelevised scrimmage during the pre-season. Baseball is still the ultimate family attendance sport. It is somewhat affordable with walkup tickets available and the pace is just right for kids to have fun in the stands without getting bored. You can stat the game. You can take a break. It's in the summer outdoors (for the Twins soon). The players are normal sized people for the most part.
