Arnold Palmer Ice Tea

Arizona has come out with Arnold Palmer Ice Tea, which is made upon AP's "signature" drink of 1/2 ice tea and 1/2 lemonade. It is fantastic. I was skeptical at first because I'm not a fan of Arizona products, but I really liked it. I grew up with a similar concoction of half ice tea and half Lemon-Blend, which my dad tried to copy from Arnold Palmer. Can't seem to find Lemon-Blend anymore, but the Arizona AP is pretty good.

Janet makes our version of A P Tea using a gallon Sun-tea jar for brewing the tea then adds one 12 oz can of frozen lemonade (cheap generic label) and 6 or 7 pink envelopes of sweetener to the brewed tea, then chill. This is as close as we get to the original that we have tasted.

Heartland Farms (formerly Santee Dairies) out of California has been making this for quite a few years now. I guess Arizona recently signed on as a manufacturer. http://www.arnoldpalmertee.com/
