Atkins at Waffle House

I am having breakfast at the Waffle house very frequently now due to the Atkins thing. They told me that due to Atkins, their breakfast business had increased at least 50%. I used to be able to go in at 6:00AM and immediately get a seat. No more. I get their steak and three eggs and no hashbrowns. I sure do miss their hash browns. The best in the USA Paul E. I see that they have gotten on the wrap bandwagon too ! I have not tried one, cause I can't seem to get away from the omelettes !! I especially love the cheesesteak omelette and the Bacon and cheese omelette !!

But do they offer any low-carb pancakes or waffles? Do you know of any place that does? I have the ultimate low-carb pancake recipe, after trying many: 2 tbs flax seed 2 cups cottage cheese 4 eggs cinnamon, nutmeg vanilla (opt.) throw the flax in a blender, then add the rest. Pour and cook while fluffy!
