Thanks for posting. I think highly of Pete Taylor as a master pizza maker and would love to visit his restaurant to try an authentic Pizza Raquel some day. Anyone who does visit his restaurant, please post something here so we can all benefit from your experience.

Peter-Your website looks great! My brother is a professor at USF and I told him to storm the doors for the grand opening! I will be down to visit in Jan. 2010 and your restaurant is #1 on my list!
