Does anyone remember BB BATS?? they were like a taffy type candy on a stick.. they came in chocolate/vanilla/banana/ strawberry.. they weren't the best tasting things but they were good to a kid.. (and they were cheap-- another good thing for a kid-- at a candy store-- cheap candy!) i tried explaining them to my kids and they think i'm crazy- "what kind of name is that for candy?" is what i get.. someone please--help me prove to my kids that i'm really not going crazy and that there were such a candy... thanks... ~~ jerseygirl~~

These are a family joke with us. When I was just a babe, my maternal grandfather owned a grocery store. I was not quite two years old and was toddling around the store when Mom and Dad were visiting. I picked up a BB Bat and unwrapped it before my Mom could stop me. "Grandpa" charged my Dad for it.

Oh yes, I and my dentist remember BB Bats. Remember Bikes? They were sort of like a square BB Bat without the stick.
