BBQ Down The Shore Monmouth/ Ocean Counties,NJ

Hey Guys and Gals,
Am in dire need of a BBQ fix here in Belmar,NJ . Anybody know of any thing (outside of Corky's in A.C.) within 50-100 mi radius that qualifies?
Am thinking of opening my own joint in the area ---anybody have any ideas or notions about such?

Belmar is a wonderful place! my husband, The Old Fart went out on the party boats almost every weekend.there used to be a barbeque place across the street from jersey mike's subs.

Thanks Xannie-----it was called Atlantic BBQ and it has disappeared from the earth a couple of years before I got here this past January even though AOL CIty Guide still rates it as #1 in Northern NJ---if you,or Old Fart, have any info on this joint please let me know!!!! Thanks-----------Russ

You know, I was going to post the name of a BBQ joint in Cream Ridge/Plumstead, but I forgot the name. I think it's Ed's BBQ. It's off 538, but I'm not sure if it's Plumstead or Cream Ridge. It's right after you enter Ocean coming from Allentown. I'm having an off day.
