In the Atlanta area, my opinion is that Swallow at the Hollow in Roswell has the best pork ribs.

Let me say this differently. I would like a recipe, not WHERE has the best ribs! Dont we have any PITMASTERS out there? I cook a pretty damn good rib myself, pork or beef. I would love more than anything to take off my smoke filled hat and say " now that's a damn good rib! " If you don't want anyone to see your recipe, E-mail me. Thanks...

So , do you want a recipe for BBQ sauce? You must remember that BBQ is usually a noun! Grilling would be your verb.

Try looking at the thread near the top called Baby Back Ribs. In that thread look for my technique for cooking loin backs. Stogie

Under "Miscellaneous Forum" go for "Recipes" and ask about cooking ribs. This forum is restaurants, not recipes.
