BBQ Special **Rendevous &Corkys in Tn -Rudy's -TX

I was a bit late in catching it Tuesday night, and it is halfway thru, but I am drooling!
I edited the topic from Tuesday night when I first posted it.
While watching this program, and it may be a repeat, but I have seen ribs from the Rendevous, Interstate, and Corky's in Memphis.
Brisket in Texas from Rudy's.. Yum.
I have a question.
Wet or Dry Ribs?
Brisket or Pork?
Sliced, chopped or Pulled?
I like my ribs dry and add sauce if I want.
I like brisket and pork equally.. I alternate each time I go to the same place. Naked also.. add the sauce as I eat it.
I like my brisket sliced and vary between pulled and chopped pork.
So, I guess I just like BBQ any way, and any style.
But I tell you one thing, I gotta get to the Rendevous.. that place just sold me watching it!

What channel Roossy? They had a bunch of repeat food shows on Travel Channel earlier in the week but during the day.

Oh, hell, I thought everyone could read my mind.. It was the Travel Channel on Tuesday night, and I am sure it was a repeat... Oops.... Blonde in action!
