Not sure where you will be in Florida. Here is a great place in Lakeland.... http://www.drbbq.com/restaurant.htm Ray is one of the hottest competition cooks on the circuit. He takes care to serve the same quality product that he turns-in at the contests. It is takeout only but well worth a trip! Tell Ray I sent you and he may give you a quick tour of his trailer! Of course, he may just as well refuse to serve you!! LOL Stogie
